Really good Dining Experience

During my recent trip, I was blown away by the dining at El Mangroove. The a la carte all-inclusive option was well worth it, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that made each meal exciting. The breakfast buffet stood out to me, as it had numerous options and the best coffee! I fondly remember enjoying a 'Tico Sunrise' cocktail poolside, which was simply the best drink I’ve ever had on vacation.

Relaxing Spa Facilities

One of my favorite aspects of El Mangroove was the serene spa area. The environment was so tranquil, and I found the outdoor treatments to be excellent. The combination of fresh air and soothing sounds from nature created a peaceful escape. I especially enjoyed the smooth transitions between relaxing by the pool and indulging in a refreshing treatment after my outdoor activities. I could really unwind here!

Unique Room Design

I fell in love with the unique design of my suite at El Mangroove. The room featured a screened-in sitting area that allowed for fresh air and views of the wildlife surrounding the hotel. It was such a refreshing experience to leave the sliding door open and listen to the birds chirping while I relaxed in the hammock. The air-conditioned bedroom provided the perfect balance of comfort with an inviting sense of the outdoors.

Fantastic Pool Area

The pool area at El Mangroove was fantastic! I loved starting my mornings with refreshing lap swims before other guests arrived. The large pool was perfect for both swimming and lounging. There is also plenty of space nearby, but I noticed that I wanted more sun loungers, especially during peak times. Regardless, the overall atmosphere around the pool was relaxing, and I enjoyed every moment spent soaking up the sun.

The staff's service was attentive, but the lack of effective problem resolution really held us back from fully enjoying our vacation.
